F88 sets a record profit target of more than 1,100 billion VND

The above plan has just been approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of F88 Investment Joint Stock Company (F88) on March 30 in Hanoi. The enterprise expects revenue to reach VND 5,462 billion, an increase of about 42%. The core segment is mortgage lending with a target net outstanding balance of VND 7,502 billion, an increase of more than 33%.

Business representatives said they do not pursue growth at all costs, and assessed that the market space is still large. Based on the positive results of 2025, the company expects to create a breakthrough in 2026.

Some shareholders expressed concern that the high growth plan, built at the end of last year, may not have fully reflected recent fluctuations such as geopolitics, interest rates or oil prices.

Responding to this issue, F88’s leadership said that the 2026 plan has been built with many scenarios, including positive and negative. The business has reviewed the fluctuations at the beginning of the year and developed a response plan for each situation.

F88 representative also said that in the context of economic fluctuations, loan demand tends to increase. When credit institutions tighten conditions or increase interest rates, a part of customers still look for alternative channels. However, this comes with higher risks, so businesses still strictly control credit and develop prevention plans for each scenario.

The enterprise has not yet adjusted its business plan, because it still evaluates that macro factors from now until the end of the year are still positive and under control.

In parallel with the profit plan, the business will continue to expand its network, expected to increase the number of transaction offices to about 1,000 points, from the current 949. In 2025, the business will open 81 more locations, with more than 95% of transaction offices over a year old achieving profits or breaking even…

Shareholders also approved the plan to increase charter capital by VND 1,365 billion and the plan to transfer stock listing from UPCoM to Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Accordingly, F88 plans to issue shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:1, equivalent to about 110 million shares, from undistributed after-tax profits and surplus capital.

The company also plans to offer a maximum of more than 22 million shares to the public, equivalent to about 20% of the outstanding shares. The offering price is not lower than 22,240 VND per share and not lower than 70% of the average price of the last 5 sessions. Expected implementation time is in 2026, after being licensed by the State Securities Commission.

In addition, F88 plans to issue more than 4.4 million ESOP shares at a price of 10,000 VND per share to supplement working capital.

If the above plans are successfully implemented, the enterprise’s charter capital will increase from more than 1,101 billion VND to about 2,467 billion VND.

In 2025, F88 records pre-tax profit of VND 907 billion, the highest level ever, doubling compared to the previous year and exceeding 35% of the plan.
