UAE bans Iranian citizens from entering the country

FlyDubai Airlines has published a notice to passengers on its website, indicating the introduction of a ban on entry into the UAE for Iranian citizens, including those with Emirati visas.

The ban also applies to transit flights.

It should be noted that the UAE authorities have not officially published the entry ban for Iranian citizens, however, this is not the first time that instead of an official publication, an order is issued through companies and organizations that publish it on their own behalf.

This was done when the Iranian university, hospital and schools operating in the UAE were closed.

Earlier, Iranian citizens with Emirati visas reported that they had been notified that their visas had been cancelled. The Iranian authorities, in turn, demanded that 1,200 UAE citizens leave Iran within seven days.
