Investment service company Nordnet’s there was a disruption in the services on Wednesday. Investors reported on social media that their holdings disappeared from the service on April 1st. The problem is now fixed.
Country Manager of Nordnet Finland Suvi Tuppurainen According to Nordnet this morning, there were problems in displaying the contents of portfolios, i.e. holdings. According to Tuppurainen, the money balance appeared normally.
The number of holdings was also visible when placing an order, but the overview was empty for many customers.
