Ville Leskinen of the Jokerites has been ordered to a temporary ban

The striker was kicked out in the third final match. At least Saturday’s fourth semifinal, where the championship is on hold for the Jokers, is about to be missed.

Mestizo kicked out in the third game of the final series Ville Leskinen has been ordered to a temporary suspension, Mestis report.

Leskinen was kicked out of the match after he tackled Imatra Ketterä Jesse Graycasta in the second period of the match. After the situation, Hallikas left Ketterä’s dressing room.

– The player is temporarily suspended from the date of the temporary ban until the disciplinary official has made a decision on the length of the ban. The length of the suspension is as a whole as determined by the disciplinary official in his decision, the release states.

The temporary suspension means that Leskis will definitely miss at least the fourth final match at Imatra today. The championship is at a break for the Jokers, who lead the match series 3–0.

A widow30, joined the Jokers at the beginning of the current season when he moved to Helsinki from the Slovakian side HK Dukla Trenčín.

The winger scored 6+5 in 25 matches for his team in the Mestis regular season. 0+6 points have been accumulated in 13 playoff matches.
