Monte Carlo tournament, Berrettini eliminates Medvedev 6-0 6-0

Matteo Berrettini wins and convinces. I think I only missed three shots and moreover against an annoying player like Daniil. My weapons worked and after the first game in which I canceled two break points I felt that I was playing better and better. I didn’t expect to win like this, it’s obvious, it doesn’t happen often but at the same time I kept my concentration high because I know that tennis is a strange sport and so I continued to push and achieved this victory.”

“There was a risk of losing concentration and I knew that everything could change in the space of a couple of points. I always hope to have a good run in tournaments, but the reality is that I need matches like theseI need to win, to lose and to digest defeats. Musetti challenges Vacherot
