The president of the Protection Consortium, Domenico Raimondoexpressed deep concern for the human and economic impact of the conflict: “All the growth efforts made so far are nullified by this new war front. Targeted and urgent interventions are needed to be able to continue producing. We need to defend the Made in Italy successful in the world. The increase in production costs affects the entire supply chain, therefore, we should not be surprised if in the coming weeks we see a price risewith the aim of continuing to guarantee the quality and the distinctiveness of buffalo mozzarella from Campania”.
