Talenom buys a Spanish accounting firm

Accounting firm Talenom has agreed to buy an accounting firm operating in Mallorca Brunet Aguilar Newcon the entire stock.

The turnover transferred to Talenom from the purchased company is approximately EUR 1.0 million annually. The accounting office employs 16 people, who will transfer to Talenom. In the short term, the acquisition will not have a significant impact on Talenom’s financial position or future prospects.

Brunet Aguilar Newco offers accounting, payroll, taxation, personnel management and legal advisory services mainly to small and medium-sized companies in the region. The acquisition expands Talenom’s operations in Spain to a new market area. The accounting office will become part of Talenom today, April 10.
