CP submitted nomination documents to CEC

The governing “Civil Agreement” party submitted the nomination documents to the Central Electoral Commission a little while ago. The pre-election list is headed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in second place is Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan summarizes the trio.

“I am sure that we will solve the problem of getting the Constitutional majority before us. Our recent contacts with the public, trends, and processes show that we have such an opportunity,” said Araik Harutyunyan, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office, who brought the party’s documents to the Central Election Commission.

The Central Electoral Commission informs that at the end of the working day, the first and only force that submitted nomination documents is “Civil Agreement”.
At the same time, the commission informs that another 20 political forces have already opened a nomination account in the CEC, which is a mandatory prerequisite, but it does not yet assume that they will submit documents.

Nominations opened on Monday, April 13, with the deadline for submissions being April 23.
