US business process management company ServiceNow has completed its acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity company Armis.
The transaction cost was $7.7 billion.
Armis was founded in 2015 by Evgeny Dibrov and Nadir Israel, who met while serving in Military Intelligence Unit 81. The company specializes in the protection of critical infrastructure.
The company’s clients include manufacturing plants, energy companies, airlines, hospitals and US federal agencies. Armis serves tens of percent of Fortune 100 companies, as well as government and defense organizations.
The deal’s completion comes shortly after ServiceNow closed another major acquisition, AI-powered digital identity management company Veza (in March 2026). The combination of Armis (device tracking) and Veza (access rights management) capabilities allows ServiceNow to offer an end-to-end solution.
