Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality announced the launch of the MuniBo platform, allowing city residents to view and pay all city payments in one place.
The system provides complete transparency of current and past payments, and also sends push notifications about upcoming payments and important changes.
MuniBox is based on the infrastructure of the PayBox payment application, which is used by millions of Israelis. In the first stage, residents will be able to pay and track the municipal property tax (“arnona”); the service is planned to be expanded to other city services in the coming months.
