The earthmoving company, based in St. Marienkirchen near Schärding and St. Georgen near Obernberg, is a regionally important specialist company operating primarily in Upper Austria, Salzburg and Lower Austria as well as in Bavaria. The range of services includes earthmoving and excavation work, transport services with our own truck fleet, landscaping and path construction as well as the handling of large projects.
Recession and increased costs as triggers
The company cites the general recession in the construction industry, increased fuel and material costs and a significant deterioration in the payment behavior of clients as the main causes of the economic crisis. Restructuring plan with minimum quota
The creditors are offered a quota of 20 percent within two years – the minimum legal requirement for a restructuring process without self-administration. The quota is to be met from surpluses generated in the future, with the company relying on support from third parties in an emergency. It is currently unclear whether the offer will be adjusted.
