Cooperation with Nvidia: guarding the AI ​​factories “security by design”

TrendAI, the business division of cybersecurity firm Trend Micro, has announced a partnership with NVIDIA’s DSX Air platform. This collaboration will allow customers to design, test and prove the level of security of their AI plants even before the physical deployment stage, thus making security an integral part of the initial design.

The Air platform is a cloud-based simulation environment for networks that helps reduce costs and accelerate the deployment of AI enterprises by enabling customers to create, verify and test Digital Twins of data center infrastructures before physical installation. It offers faster integration, significant savings in capital investment and much greater scale compared to traditional lab environments.

The need for such a solution emerges from IBM data, which shows that more than 10% of global organizations reported data breaches related to models or AI applications in the last year. For organizations without AI or automation capabilities, the average breach cost was $1.9 million higher than protected organizations. Access control failures and supply chain issues such as broken apps and APIs are major causes of information leaks and operational disruptions. These risks are changing how organizations approach secure AI deployment.
