A big thumbs up for Nokia from Morgan Stanley – Stock on a wild rise

Investment bank Morgan Stanley raised by the network equipment manufacturer Nokian the target price of the share from 11 euros to 14 euros. Nokia is also among the first choices in the bank’s investment recommendations. In dollars, the target price increased from $13 to $16.50.

According to the bank, Nokia is in an exceptionally good position to benefit from the wave of data center investments accelerated by the growth of artificial intelligence and cloud services.

The turnover of Nokia’s artificial intelligence and cloud business was only 1.1 billion euros in 2025, clearly lower than competitors. However, the bank considers this an opportunity and not a weakness, as the impact of new orders on turnover can be large and the growth rate can therefore change quickly.

Nokia’s stock went up sharply after the opening of the US stock markets. Nokia’s share closed up 9.6 percent to 13.255 euros. On Wall Street, Nokia shares were up 9.2 percent at $15.48.

Nokia’s stock has risen almost 140 percent since the beginning of the year, but the target prices of investment banks are contradictory.
