Montecitorio opens to the public, an exhibition celebrates 80 years of the Republic

Today and tomorrow extraordinary openings of Montecitorio to the public. In the path of visit, in the Sala della Lupaalso the exhibition: “1946: the Republic is born.Constituent assembly in Montecitorio”.

Through documents, photographs and multimedia materials, the exhibition itinerary allows to retrace the institutional steps which, starting from the liberation of Rome, led to the vote of 2 June 1946 and the writing of the Constitution. In Transatlantic and in the women’s room comics, created by students of some high schools artistic, dedicated to the 80 years of the Republic.
