After the new sports director Osijek, Kenneth Zandvliet, said that he was seriously considering an extension with Tomislav Radoti, there was a big twist. As Gradimir writes Đukarić for Sports news, Radotić however, he leaves Osijek and will not get a new contract, even though he achieved all the goals he had when he arrived on the bench.

– I explained to coach Radota what the club expects in the future, as well as my ideas, which he accepted. Of course, otherwise it would not make sense to continue cooperation. We talked for an hour and a half, he was happy when he learned about our new policy and that is the reason why we are thinking about extending the contract – said Zandvliet at his presentation.
It seems that nothing will come of it. It is stated that for a long time there was no progress regarding the contract, and then, allegedly, Radotić received an offer from the club that would not satisfy even the coaches in the lower ranks of Croatian football. There is no official announcement yet, but everything should be known soon because Osijek starts preparations in exactly 10 days (June 21), and until then someone will have to take over the helm of the team.
