The main focus of the day was the question of how HR can remain humane, effective and future-proof in an increasingly automated working world characterized by constant change. Futurologist Franz Kuhmayer was dedicated to the question of how organizations can remain capable of learning and shape change without overwhelming their employees or losing their own identity.

From the right breathing techniques to better time management

At the start, extreme athletes and world record freediver took part Christian Redl the audience into a “life on the borderline”. He showed how fear limits people and how breathing techniques can help consciously regulate stress. There was also a lot on offer beyond the stage program: pop-up workshops dealt with, among other things, inclusive employment, skill-based hiring, people analytics, employer branding, pay transparency, health promotion and effective leadership in the AI ​​age.

At Networking Speed ​​Dating, which was held for the first time, participants were able to easily make new contacts. The guests were then able to take part in the pizza crash course.

After the last item on the program, the castle grounds were transformed into a relaxed summer party. The HR community ended the day together with Mediterranean cuisine, fresh Neapolitan pizza, drinks and personal conversations.
