Sendo Farm stopped operating from July 10

Sen Do Technology Company has just announced to customers and suppliers that it will stop operating Sendo Farm from July 10. Currently, users accessing websites and applications receive specific information.

In a document signed on June 30 by General Director Tran Hai Linh, the company said this decision was to “optimize resources, improve competitiveness and restructure the operational portfolio in the near future”.

Before closing, Sendo Farm will launch discount and incentive programs until July 9. Customers whose membership package is still valid will receive a 100% refund of the package purchase value to Farm Wallet. Balances in Farm Wallet, Sen Club Wallet and FGold can still be used on the application until July 9. After this time, customers with remaining balance at Vi Farm and Vi Sen Club can send a refund request to their bank account.

Sendo said it will continue to receive and resolve customer complaints and questions via email or online customer care channel during the service closure process.

Launched at the end of 2021, Sendo Farm used to be a business segment of the multi-industry retail e-commerce platform Sendo. By April 2025, Sendo officially left the race with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Tiki when the market share was less than 1% and to completely convert to Sendo Farm.

This platform operates as a supermarket model selling agricultural products, food and consumer goods online, providing services in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and fast delivery with the motto “Buy today – Receive tomorrow”, with more than 18,000 delivery points.

However, Sendo Farm operates in a thriving online and direct food and consumer goods retail market, providing many different convenient options for buyers, from small grocery chains and widespread mini supermarkets such as Bach Hoa Xanh and WinMart to online supermarket delivery services of GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and beFood.

In addition, traditional retail models such as markets and grocery stores are still popular in residential communities. Some housewives even prefer to order vegetables, meat and fish through groups at apartments, offices or social networks.
