SSC Napoli opens the season of its Centenary, a year of initiatives in the name of a wish that preserves the past and looks to the future: Pe’ cient’anne. The story begins today in the setting of the Panorama Lounge on board MSC World Europa, with the presentation of the new 2026/27 Home shirt, which will accompany the team in this special season and is a central expression of the Centenary’s identity. The Club has chosen to talk about the new uniform, which the team will wear throughout the year, through a video hero capable of uniting places and belonging. Together with the shirt, the figure of a horse appears, a reference to the Corsiero del Sole, the first symbol of the company and, for centuries, an emblem of the passion and indomitableness of the Neapolitan people. The shots move from Vesuvius to Posillipo, crossing the heart of the historic center up to the Scugnizzo Liberato field. The new Home was created for the sixth consecutive year in collaboration with EA7, which worked on the creative project in synergy with Valentina De Laurentiis and her team. The shirt also features the logos of MSC, Main Partner since 2023 with a renewed agreement until 2029, Sorgesana, Back-of-Shirt Partner for the third season and close to the Club with SGAM since 2005, and DongFeng, in its second season as Sleeve Partner and alongside SSC Napoli until 2029.
A century of history, passion and belonging enclosed in a garment that looks to the past to tell the future. The new Home was born from the collective memory of the Azzurri fans and from one of the most iconic shirts in the Club’s history, that of the first Scudetto: hence the Centenary Blue, a new shade that reinterprets the traditional blue in a contemporary key, while the technical fabric recalls the historic wool of the Eighties in the weave. The heart of the project is the celebratory crest positioned on the chest, which contains one hundred years of Naples in a single symbol. The Corsiero del Sole, the first symbol of the Club and ancient emblem of the city, thus returns to be part of the blue visual ecosystem. It is a visual metaphor of the impetuous passion of the Neapolitan people, here next to the number 100, the infinity symbol and the current SSC Napoli logo: four elements that hold together the origins, present and future of the Club. There is a detail reserved for the fans: the personalized back neck with the writing “Partenopei”, and the NFC technology integrated in the “Authentic” patch, which opens access to exclusive content dedicated to the world of Naples. “When we imagined the Centenary shirt, we wanted to preserve an emotion. We started from the memory of the fans, reinterpreting in a contemporary key the blue of the first Scudetto and the reference to the wool of the 1980s. The celebratory crest contains the past, present and future: for us it is not a simple shirt, but a piece of Naples to pass on”. The Home shirt is only the first chapter of the Centenary. The season ticket campaign will start on 10 July and, during the pre-season, the Away and Third kits will be revealed. In Dimaro and Castel di Sangro, fans will also be able to retrace the memory of the Club through special installations set up in the Fan Villages, created in collaboration with Momenti Azzurri, Official Memorabilia Partner of SSC Napoli. The journey will then continue on August 1st with a major event in the heart of Naples, which will see the fans as protagonists together with some legends of the Azzurri’s history, and will then expand in the following months beyond the city borders, with international events dedicated to Neapolitan supporters in the world. The first film dedicated to the history of SSC Napoli, from its beginnings to the present day, will also arrive in autumn and the Centenary will be enriched by the cultural collaboration with Treccani: the Institute of the Italian Encyclopedia, which in turn celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2025, will dedicate a publication to a football club for the first time in its history.
