Tokmanni’s new CEO started his job – promising new stores

Sampo Top saw start Tokmanni-group as CEO today, July 6, 2026. He succeeds someone who has retired from the position From Mika Rautiaiwhich the company announced on July 4, 2025. Rautiainen retires.

Master of Business Administration Päällysaho (b.1972) was the director of SOK’s grocery store before his appointment. He has versatile experience in the field. He has also worked with Clas Ohlson and Miscarriage tasks.

“Tokmanni Group has built a strong position in the Nordic retail trade by offering its customers favorable prices, a wide product selection and a good shopping experience. My goal is to continue profitable growth by opening new stores, developing the selection and further strengthening the implementation of identified synergies and customer-oriented operations,” says Sampo Päällysaho.
