Dell lays off dozens of workers in Israel

Dell’s Israeli unit has sent layoff notices to several dozen workers as part of a global workforce reduction program.

Dell’s combined workforce at four sites in Israel (Haifa, Be’er Sheva, Herzliya and Kibbutz Glil Yam) is approximately 1,000 people.

Unlike other multinational corporations, Dell has so far not touched the Israeli division, formed on the basis of several acquired startups.
