Bitter bankruptcy of an ambitious pharmacy

According to KSV1870, insolvency proceedings were opened on July 30th at the Innsbruck Regional Court against “Easy Pharmacy of St. Paul” in Aschau im Zillertal. AKV reports that the insolvency was initiated by the company itself. Two employees are affected. The company was only registered in the commercial register in November 2025.

The reasons for the insolvency:

According to the debtor, sales expectations could not be met, and consequently, the initial investments could not be repaid in accordance with regulations.

“Whether the insolvency administrator can continue the debtor’s business without further disadvantages for the creditors will soon become clear. This decision will have to be made promptly. It remains to be seen, in particular, whether the debtor is able to convincingly demonstrate that continued operation can be sustained on a sound financial footing,” according to KSV1870.
