The leaker Sonny Dickson shared on social media some images of two camera protectors designed for the iPhone Ultra, made in silver and dark blue. These are third-party accessories, produced by companies that rely on information leaked from the supply chain, and not genuine Apple components. However, Dickson boasts a reliable track record on this type of accessory-related previews.

The novelty fits into a picture already outlined in February, when a first indiscretion hypothesized for the iPhone Ultra a dark color between gray and black, flanked by a light variant between white and pale silver. In light of the new leak, it seems that Apple has finally opted for a very dark blue instead of the anthracite gray previously hypothesized.

At the same time, the iPhone 18 Pro, also expected next month, should also feature a renewed palette. The most recent rumors speak of two new colors, a dark cherry red and a light blue, alongside the classic silver. In recent months, a black variant had also been hypothesized, but a more recent report would indicate that Apple would have discarded this option from the final line-up.
