CTS Group brings the integrated “Design & Build” model for data centers to Italy

The technical solutions adopted include the creation of dedicated energy infrastructures, such as high and medium voltage substations and BESS battery storage systems, together with a patented cooling system developed on 17 September 2026 in collaboration with Daikin Applied Europedesigned for stabilize water temperatures in liquid infrastructures during thermal peaks typical of AI workloads, with PUE values ​​estimated up to 1.09 in Nordic climates and below 1.20 in high ambient temperature settings.

The organizational structure of the Swiss Group has over 3,600 employees of 39 nationalities, including more than 500 engineers, and focuses on the centralization of the production of prefabricated modules to reduce construction times and bring forward quality checks in the initial stages of design.
