An iPhone 18 appeared on the black market in Iran, allegedly from a container ship that was hit by a mine.

In Tehran, they began selling iPhone 18, which, according to sellers, were found among cargo from a ship that sank in the Strait of Hormuz. Smartphones are offered at discounted prices under the guise of “spoils of war.” Iranian police have warned buyers about possible fraud.

According to the Fars agency, a few days ago in the Strait of Hormuz, a cargo ship hit a sea mine and sank. After this, videos appeared on social networks that allegedly showed iPhone 18 and expensive perfumes floating in water.

An Iranian cyber police spokesman has warned that scammers may be behind advertisements for selling smartphones at a reduced price. He urged not to transfer any money to sellers without personally checking the goods.
