Marc Delassier wins the President's Cup for show jumping in Paris

The President of the State Cup for Show Jumping (5 stars) concluded with impressive success, which was held within the racing agenda of the tenth edition of the Longines Paris Eiffel International Show Jumping Championship, which was organized this year under the sponsorship of the Precious Cup Series, during the period from 21 to 23 June.

The closing day of the Longines Paris Eiffel Championship witnessed competition for the title of the President’s Cup for Show Jumping in the “5-star” category, with the participation of the world’s elite riders and Olympic stars. Frenchman Marc Delassier succeeded in winning first place and being crowned champion of the precious cup, after achieving the fastest time of 37.24 seconds. Riding the horse “Make May Day”.

On the other hand, the UAE riders excelled in the Longines Paris Eiffel International Show Jumping Championship competitions over the course of three days, where the rider Abdullah Humaid Al Muhairi was crowned champion of the final Eiffel round in the President’s Cup competitions, in which 15 riders participated, and 12 riders were able to pass the first round without errors. Abdullah Hamid was able to achieve a record time in the Excellence Round, which was 29.15 seconds on the horse “Konig”.

Hend Mana Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the French Republic, Faisal Al Rahmani, General Supervisor of the President’s Cup Series for Horses, and Virginie Eiffel, founding president of the Paris Eiffel International Show Jumping Championship, attended the championship competitions and participated in the crowning of champions in the precious cup and the final Eiffel round.
