Türkiye refuses refueling: Emergency forces El Al to land in Antalya | News

A jet belonging to the Israeli airline El Al, which was en route from Warsaw (Poland) to Tel Aviv, had to be rescheduled due to a medical incident involving a passenger in Antalya (Türkiye) had to make an emergency landing. This was reported by the Israeli television station Channel 12.

According to “Flightradar 24”, El Al flight LY5102 has now been diverted to Rhodes (Greece). Apparently, the plane was neither refueled nor the medical emergency on board was evacuated.

Before the outbreak of war, Turkish Airlines was the leading foreign airline in Israel in terms of passenger numbers. On October 10, three days after Start of war it ceased its activities in the country.
