Infobip received a new recognition from Gartner as a leader among communication platforms

For the second year in a row, Infobip has been named a leader in the CPaaS market (Communications Platform as a Service) as part of this year’s Gartner analyst’s report called the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Communications Platform as a Service. Infobip received recognition thanks to its ability to carry out tasks and completeness of vision.

Gartner’s report of ten leading trends in the field of communication services for business users for the year 2024 highlighted the growth of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI): “During 2023, we witnessed the rise of generative artificial intelligence as an important disruptor which influenced almost all technological areas”.

Gartner’s survey of Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and technology executives singled out user experience, better margins, revenue growth, business alignment/reducing risk and increasing employee effectiveness as leading key outcomes expected from investments in digital technology for business users.

Infobip has invested in its own AI Hub system designed for consumer experiences based on artificial intelligence that solve business problems. In addition, as part of the GSMA Open Gateway initiative, the company was among the first in the world to launch network APIs (application programming interfaces) that are aligned with CAMARA.

– As Gartner explained – when purchasing communications services, companies are prioritizing business outcomes, purchasing experiences and cloud consumption models. This is precisely why we innovate at all levels to enable companies to digitally transform their interactions with users. And while the CPaaS market continues to grow, Infobip remains a full-stack multi-channel communication platform for every platform – said Silvio Kuti, CEO at Infobip.
