Response Plus’ profits reach AED 27 million in the first half, up 2.21%

Response Plus recorded net profits of AED 27.17 million, an increase of 2.21%, compared to AED 26.58 million in the first half of 2023. Revenues amounted to AED 209.87 million, an increase of 24.35%, compared to AED 168.77 million in the first half of 2023.

Earnings per share in the first half of 2024 increased to 0.14, compared to 0.13 in the first six months of 2023. Total assets increased to AED 351 million, compared to AED 298.18 million on December 31, 2023. Total equity on June 30, 2024 amounted to AED 235.98 million, compared to AED 230 million on December 31, 2023.

  • Interim earnings

The Board of Directors also announced an interim cash dividend of AED 15 million to shareholders. This growth in both revenues and net profits in the first half of 2024 comes as a result of Response Plus Medical’s commitment to improving costs and increasing efficiency and productivity across the organization.

  • Expanding services

In April 2024, Response Plus Medical completed the successful acquisition of UK-based Prometheus Medical, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion strategy. The acquisition is in line with Response Plus Medical’s vision to enhance its service offering and geographic reach across the UK and the Nordics by leveraging Prometheus’ expertise in military medical training, specialist consultancy and coaching.
Response Plus Holding PJSC includes Response Plus Medical, which operates over 320 clinics in the oil & gas and other industrial sectors, and has a blue-chip clientele with presence in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. In addition to Prometheus Medical, other subsidiaries of the group include OQ Med Clinic, Response Plus Medical Services and Health Tech Training Centre.
