These two young 27-year-old artisans – followed during their installation in the country of Bray in 2019 by the cameras of France Télévisions for its “French Series” – are owners of two bakeries, a chocolate factory and a workshop. production dedicated in particular to professionals.
“We work with pastry chefs, restaurateurs, crepe makers… Originally, it was for them that we created this Crema Bueno, about a year ago,” says the young man who already employs around forty people.
