According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, there were 402.8 thousand jobs in the Israeli high-tech sector in July 2024.
This is the third consecutive month of record values. Previously, Israeli high-tech approached 400 thousand rates in June 2023 and March 2024, but only in May it crossed this level (401.3 thousand), and in June it managed to maintain it (401.2 thousand).
The rates of hired workers in high-tech amounted to 9.8% of the total number of hired rates in the country.
Of the total number of bets in high-tech, 54.2% are in the field of software development, 21% – in the field of production, 13.2% – in the research field.
The average salary in high-tech decreased by 2.2% compared to June and amounted to 31.5 thousand shekels.
