Citycon’s CEO leaves his position

Shopping centers CEO of the well-known real estate investor Citycon Henrica Ginström will leave his position immediately, the company says in its press release.

According to the release, Citycon and Ginström have mutually agreed on the departure.

Citycon gave on Monday evening result warning.

The company’s board has appointed the vice-chairman of the company’s board as temporary CEO F. Scott Ballin. Ball served as CEO of Citycon in 2019–2024.

Ginström managed to serve as Citycon’s CEO for less than half a year. He started in pesti last April.

Citycon’s shopping centers include Iso Omena in Espoo and Koskikeskus in Tampere.
