Orsini will sign "Lorenzo’s card" with Parelli’s parents

The Carta di Lorenzo, the poster in memory of Lorenzo Parelli, the fourth year student of the Bearzi professional institute in Udine, who died in 2022 due to an accident on the last day of the school-work alternation period, will be presented and signed by the president of Confindustria, Emanuele Orsini, and by the young man’s parents, Elena and Dino Parelli, at the opening of the next General Council of Confindustria, scheduled for 24 October in Rome. During the general assembly of Confindustria Alto Adriatico last September 27th in Grado – when the Parelli and Orsini families met – the president Michelangelo Agrusti formulated the proposal, on whose rapid and positive epilogue he expressed words of appreciation in these hours .

“We were among the first to sign the Charter – Agrusti had said in a previous meeting with the family – making it our eleventh commandment”. The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella also dealt with the matter and visited Bearzi where he spoke about the Confindustria Alto Adriatico initiative, “Zero Deaths at Work”, as one of the paradigmatic elements on which the whole country should move, underlining repeatedly the importance of safety at work, defining it as a mandatory right.
