Digitalist Group issues a negative earnings warning. Digitalist Group lowers its previous guidance on the development of turnover and EBITDA. The company announced the matter yesterday evening.
According to the new guidelines, turnover and EBITDA are expected to decrease compared to 2023.
The company previously estimated that in 2024 the turnover is expected to remain at the same level and the EBITDA is expected to develop positively compared to 2023.
“Although the result for the third quarter has improved compared to the beginning of the year and we are cautiously optimistic about the fourth quarter, we do not expect to reach last year’s reported EBITDA, which included EUR 1.0 million in other operating income. Business-wise, without the impact of these other revenues, we expect the current fiscal year to be stronger than the previous year,” the company says in a press release.
