Economic integration with the US advances: Ebrard

Despite the persistence of protectionist tendencies, the integration of the economies of Mexico and the United States is advancing, particularly in the automotive and semiconductor sectors, said Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón, head of the Ministry of Economy (SE).

In the context of the relaunch of the Sonora-Arizona Commission, the official highlighted through a video message that both countries are pointing in a direction opposite to protectionism, particularly after the two border states strengthened their economic relationship.
