The court banned the owners of a penthouse in Hadera from renting it out to vacationers

A municipal court has issued an order prohibiting a couple who bought a penthouse with a pool from renting it out to vacationers as short-term rentals.

The owners of the penthouse took measures to prevent disturbance to other residents of the house by prohibiting parties and noisy events, and providing a certain level of noise insulation.

However, this did not stop neighbors from complaining to the municipality, which, in turn, went to court.

It should be noted that the injunction is not related to complaints from neighbors, but to the lack of permission from the owners of the penthouse for the misuse of an apartment in a residential building.
