For Gofore, a consulting project with the Etelä-Savo welfare region

South Savo welfare area Vivid build knowledge-driven teams where employees are jointly responsible for their team’s activities. Gofore has been selected as a project consultant.

The development of data-driven teams is carried out in three Eloisa units. The work has been started in the social work of Mikkeli’s mental health and addiction services, which acts as a pioneer in building an operating model.

The experiences and models gained during the training will be tested and scaled already during the project also in Ristiina’s housing services for the elderly and possibly in other teams, the release states.

The piloting of the project will continue until spring 2025, during which the progress and success of the development work and the impact of the changes will be measured using the Celkee Insight tool.
