Air France has extended the cancellation of flights to Israel until November 25

Air France has once again delayed its return to Israeli routes, extending flight cancellations until November 25.

Let us recall that in early November, representatives of 20 foreign airlines signed a letter to the Knesset Economic Committee demanding changes to the terms of the 2012 passenger compensation law, known as the Tibi Law.

The law, authored by MP Ahmad Tibi, was adopted in 2012 and regulates the payment of compensation to passengers in case of flight cancellation or delay.

In addition, airlines are asking the government for assistance in obtaining insurance for flights to Israel, as is done for Israeli airlines.
