In the group’s digital business in Exove Oy Change negotiations started in November have ended.
As a result of the change negotiations, five person-years will be reduced from product and technology services, and Exove Oy’s subsidiary Exove Oü will be closed down, which will result in personnel reductions of two person-years.
In addition, seven people will be furloughed for a maximum of 90 days, and the persons involved in the negotiations will be furloughed for a maximum of 30 days by the end of June next year in the event of a possible weakening of demand.
According to the company, these measures will achieve the 1.0 million euro savings goal set for 2025.
The goal of the negotiations was to improve the competitiveness of the group’s digital business in particular and to be able to respond to the weakened market situation by reorganizing and streamlining operations.
The negotiations included 61 people from Exove Oy’s product and technology services.
