Dubai: Al-Khaleej Group, the Emirates Group, concluded a memorandum of understanding with Airbus Beyond to extend the “Airbus Leadership” program for UAE citizens working in the group for another three years. The memorandum of understanding was signed by Amira Al Falasi, Senior Vice President of Training and Competencies at the Emirates Group. Adam McGonigal, CEO of Airbus Beyond, in the presence of Oliver Grumman, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at the Emirates Group; And Ahmed Safa, Head of Engineering and Maintenance Department at Emirates Airlines. The extension of the agreement contributes to expanding the training models specifically designed by Airbus for Emirati competencies in the group, and preparing them by enhancing expertise and educational programs to raise their readiness.
