The Galette des rois in Allier is serious. For several years, the Allier Bourbonnais Attrabilité agency has been working to promote local products and its territory. This is how the idea of ​​“Fèves bourbonnaises” was born, a collection of six porcelain objects slipped into the pancakes, made in the department and bearing the image of local “nuggets”.

For the 2025 edition, the Fèves Bourbonnaises honor the Column of the Zodiac, jewel of Cluniac heritage, the Tronçais forest, the Bourbonnaise rose, the Poulet du Bourbonnais, the Marshal of La Palice, a figure in the history of territory and the Rouzat viaduct, a work of art signed Gustave Eiffel.

A dozen bakers play the game.
