Electricity company Väre starts change negotiations

Electric company Väre Oy announces that it is starting change negotiations.

52 of the company’s 66 employees are involved in the negotiations.

According to the press release, the goal of the negotiations is to organize the company’s operations to implement strategic goals more effectively and to secure the company’s long-term competitiveness.

“Our new strategy creates a strong foundation for the development of advanced energy services and operations. Through change negotiations, we seek the ability to respond to the challenges and opportunities of the future more efficiently. The role of personnel in this change is central, and together we strive to find the best solutions to achieve strategic goals”, writes the CEO Juha Keski-Karhu in the bulletin.

Väre is one of Finland’s largest electricity sellers. The company started operations in 2018, after the merger of the electricity sales businesses of Kuopio Energia, Savon Voima, Lappeenranta Energia and Jyväskylä Energia.
