IT company These Evryn the shareholders’ nomination committee has given its proposal to the annual general meeting about the company’s future board composition.
The shareholders’ nomination committee proposes the current board members Bertil Carlsénin, Elisabetta Castiglionin, Tomas Franzénin, Harri-Pekka Kaukonen, Gustav Mossin and Petter Söderströmin election for a new term of office as well as Nina Bjornstadin and Marianne Dahlin electing new members.
Liselotte Hägertz Engstam and Katharina Mosheim have indicated that they are not available for re-election.
Nina Bjornstad is a professional board member and advisor in her own company, Sway Consulting AS. He has experience at technology companies such as Dell, Amazon, Microsoft and Google and has held various roles in the US, UK and Western Europe.
Marianne Dahl is a senior advisor in the Boston Consulting Group’s Tech, Media and Telco practice. He has acted before of the Boston Consulting Group as CEO and partner leading the Nordic TMT practice, Microsoft’s vice president of sales, marketing and operations for Western Europe, and Microsoft’s country manager for Denmark and Iceland.
The shareholders’ nomination committee proposes the re-election of Tomas Franzén as chairman of the board. The term of office of the members continues until the end of the next annual general meeting. All proposed persons have given their consent to the selection.
