Krëfel closes four stores in Belgium, including in Vilvoorde (Vilvoorde)

The Belgian chain Krëfel will close four stores in our country by December 2025, including one in Vilvoorde. This is what Sudinfo reported on Saturday. The other closures take place in the Walloon municipalities of Hornu, Flémalle and Andenne.

The news was announced to union representatives on Thursday. The closures would not lead to job losses. “The management has committed itself to finding a solution for the staff so that they can be deployed in other stores,” says Virginie Wégimont of Krëfel.

In October, the chain announced that it would stop selling kitchens to concentrate on household electronics.
