The prosecutor canceled Ramirent’s ex-CEO and ex-government’s stock market charges

Among the accused were Ramirent’s then CEO and six members of the board.

Prosecutor has canceled the charges of a securities market for information that was raised by a machine rental company Ramirent against the former CEO and the former government.

In 2019, the accused was suspected of properly omitted to disclose the insider information on Ramirent, the bid as soon as possible. Among the accused were Ramirent’s then CEO Tapio Kolunsarka as well as six members of the board, including, for example, Solidium Board of Directors Laura Raitio.

The prosecutor decided to cancel the prosecution because there has since been a change in the article on the publication of insider information. According to the prosecutor, the procedure described in the prosecution can no longer be considered a crime.
