Vingroup achieved record revenue of more than 7.5 billion USD

Vingroup said 2024 marks an important milestone for VinFast when it takes the No. 1 position in the Vietnamese auto market with nearly 88,000 vehicles delivered. Among them, VF 5 and VF 3 are the two best-selling car models in the domestic market.

At the same time, this car company also launched in Asian countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia and the Middle East market. At the end of 2024, VinFast will start construction of an additional factory with a design capacity of phase 1 of about 300,000 vehicles a year in Vung Ang Economic Zone (Ha Tinh).

After deducting expenses, this business’s profit before tax was more than 16,720 billion VND and after tax 5,251 billion VND last year. These numbers increased by 21.5% and 155.4% compared to 2023 and all exceeded plans. By the end of December 31, Vingroup’s total assets reached more than 839,200 billion VND, equivalent to about 33 billion USD.

In commercial service activities, Vinhomes recorded total converted consolidated net revenue of over 141,810 billion VND, an increase of 13% compared to 2023. This real estate developer profit is about 35,000 billion VND, an increase of 5% compared to 2023. with the previous year.

In the resort tourism sector, Vingroup said Vinpearl continues to demonstrate its leading role in the industry by welcoming more than 1.3 million international visitors in 2024, an increase of 58% compared to the previous year.
