The Democratic Party fills up with 2×1000, followed by Fratelli d’Italia and M5S

The Democratic Party leads the ranking of the parties that have obtained the most funds with the revenue of two per thousand of the Irpef of the 2024 tax returns.They were published on the website of Department of Finance the data relating to taxpayers’ choice to allocate 2 per thousand of the IRPEF to political parties, referring to the 2024 tax returns (tax year 2023). There distribution was carried out on the basis of the requirements set out in Legislative Decree no. 149 of 28 December 2013

According to data published by the Department of Finance, 10.286 million euros went to the Democratic Party (30.62% of the total), followed by Brothers of Italy with 5.658 million (18.62%) and from Five Star Movement with 2.739 million (11.65%). In fourth place Green Europe-Verdi with 1.490 million (6.51% of the choices), then Italian Left with 1.422 million (5.47%) and therefore the League for Salvini Premier with 1.156 million (4.41% of the total). More than a million at both Azione (1,289) and Italia Viva (1,116). Below this threshold Forza Italia received just over 800 thousand euros (2.21% of the total).
