According to the company, in the age of artificial intelligence, the operating environment of organizations is constantly changing, and new job descriptions are created for different industries, while some old tasks disappear or change their form.

Also in Miltton’s services, the use of artificial intelligence and technology plays a constantly larger role, the release states. Strategic advice and understanding and influence related to the operating environment are growing in Miltton’s business.

In addition to reducing work tasks, Miltton says that it is considering reforming its organizational structures and evaluating whether some service areas should be placed in separate companies.

Miltton has already told about his plans to establish an international artificial intelligence laboratory in cooperation with his new board member Tero Ojanperän with.

Ojanperä is known, among other things, as one of the founders of the artificial intelligence company Silo AI.

The company has also recently undergone several personnel changes, especially in crisis communication. HS news having served as the company’s leading advisor earlier in January Katri Makkonen to resign from his position.
