Dwelling The decline in prices slowed down late last year and at monthly levels the prices already saw a slight rise.

In the Helsinki metropolitan area, prices fell by only 0.2 percent and in six largest cities, prices fell by only 0.4 per cent.
Price development now varies greatly depending on the locality.
In Espoo, prices rose by 2.0 per cent year -on -year and 0.5 % in Oulu.
Outside large cities, prices fell 1.1 percent from year ago.
The largest decline in prices was in Vantaa, where prices fell by 1.9 per cent as well as in Tampere.
When Price development is compared on a monthly basis, and prices rose in December throughout the country. On average, prices rose by 1.4 per cent compared to November throughout the country.
In the Helsinki metropolitan area, prices rose from November to December by 0.8 per cent.
In December, 16 % less trade was made than a year earlier.
Pricing The deceleration of the invoice is already reflected in last year’s figures. In total, prices fell by 3.3 percent from the previous year in 2024.
Of the big cities, prices were the highest in Vantaa last year, where prices fell by 5.7 per cent and in Helsinki, where prices fell by 4.5 per cent. The lowest prices fell last year in Oulu, where the drop was 1.4 percent and in Espoo, where the prices were 2.4 percent.
Of the provincial centers, prices rose only in Rovaniemi, where the apartments risen by 2.2 percent.
