Mandatum’s change negotiations ended – 17 people’s employment ends

Asset management company Mandatum will reduce 17 people at the end of the change negotiations. In addition, there will be significant changes to the terms and conditions of seven employees.

The negotiations were covered by 150 people, and a maximum of 36 people were reported to be reduced.

With the help of the negotiations, the company sought a more efficient and productive business. Mandatum concentrates its operations and eliminates overlaps.
