Kisufim and Holy Cycles restore plans for an accelerated procedure

The National Council for Design and Construction approved decrees that allow the construction of 53 housing units in Kibbutz Kisufim and 33 housing units in Kibbutz Holit without the need to obtain a building permit.

Decrees that should be signed by the Minister of Internal Affairs significantly reduce the time that will be required to rebuild the kibbutsev, seriously affected by the Hamas invasion on October 7, 2023.

In addition to the construction of residential buildings, Kisufim provides for the construction of a store building and transformer, as well as updating the underground infrastructure.

Work on the demolition of injured buildings began about a month ago.

In addition to residential buildings, a complex of public buildings, warehouse premises, a sports area and underground infrastructures will be built in Holy.
